What 7 days of AI-assisted building on OutSystems really did to a complaints handling app. An honest look from Interfood and Team Resilience.

The experiment

What does it take to build a real business app with AI, on technology that's still in beta? Interfood and Team Resilience set out to find out as early adopters in OutSystems' early access program for Agentic Systems Engineering (ASE), the platform's new way of building with AI agents.

Interfood, an international dairy trader with hubs in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, needed a new complaints handling app and already had a traditional plan and cost estimate for it. So they asked a simple question: what happens if we build exactly this app with AI instead? In a 7-day pressure cooker, we put it to the test, together with the people who handle complaints every day.

In this webinar, the team from Interfood and Team Resilience shares what happened and what we learned.

Who should join

  • IT managers and business information managers running or considering OutSystems, weighing what AI could mean for their roadmap and their budgets.

  • OutSystems developers and architects curious how AI agents behave in a real build, not a demo.

  • Product owners and digital leads looking for a governed way to put AI to work.

Questions we'll answer

From workshop to proof of concept

What an AI-embedded way of working looks like on a real project, every step from the scoping workshop to a working proof of concept.

What ASE can do today

What’s realistically achievable with Agentic Systems Engineering right now, and where its limits still are.

Where AI saved time

Where AI made a real difference compared to the traditional approach, and where people had to step in.

Value versus cost

How to weigh what building with AI delivers against what it costs in time, effort and money.
