We have started a design sprint to answer the key question: 'How can we accelerate the customer acceptance process?'
The outcomes were crystal clear. With those insights in hand, we set to work building a new application. With one sleek and user-friendly app, we provided clarity and structure for all parties involved. Now customers know within a week whether they are accepted or not.
