How do I know if you are suitable for our company?
An important question. And you can only really answer that by experiencing it. With our prototype-in-a-week program, you will create an initial version of your application together with us in just one week. You will see how we work and what energy we bring. Afterwards, you'll know if it clicks. And you immediately have a strong prototype. We are also happy to connect you with clients to hear how they experience the collaboration.
Wat is agentic development?

Do you only work with OutSystems?
OutSystems is the most used tool by our developers. But we are always looking for new tools that can help us build even more effectively. Throughout the entire chain, we use much more software than just OutSystems. For instance, our designers use Figma, we check the progress of our projects in Jira, and we use Dynatrace to constantly monitor the technical quality of our solutions. If it helps our quality, we use it.
Is OutSystems nog relevant nu AI zelf code schrijft?
Juist nu. AI bouwt snel en goedkoop, maar betrouwbaar en passend maken, dat is het echte werk. OutSystems zorgt voor vaste kaders, ons team voor de regie. Zo krijg je de snelheid van AI én software die je over drie jaar nog makkelijk aanpast.
Kunnen AI-agents ook taken in ons bedrijf overnemen?
Ja. We lopen mee met je mensen en zien welk werk een AI-agent kan versnellen of overnemen. Soms doet de agent een taak zelf, soms bereidt hij het werk voor en houden jouw mensen de beslissing. Jij bepaalt per taak hoeveel je uit handen geeft.
How do you guarantee quality and reliability?
We only promise what we can deliver. Our experienced team guides you at our pace, involving users from day one and delivering working software every week. This way, you can always see exactly how we are progressing. We are also clear about what we can expect from each other. You know what we do, and we know what you do. By tightly organizing the entire process, we avoid surprises and can deliver predictable quality.
What costs should I take into account?
Ultimately, it’s all about value: we are convinced that we are the cheapest when you look at how much result you actually get for your money. And that is what matters. A good guideline is that our clients have a minimum of €250.000 to spend on development annually, excluding any licensing costs. A license for OutSystems, with which we build your applications, starts at €35.000 and scales with how much you want to create.
How quickly can you deliver a project?
Probably much faster than you are used to. Thanks to our low-code expertise, one developer is on average 6 times faster than a traditional developer. But speed only works if you keep the right course clear. That's why we ensure that all roles around the developers also work at the same pace. We make sure your people, such as product owners, keep up with this pace. It may take some getting used to, but we prepare you well for that.
How do you involve customers in the development process?
Extremely detailed. That is one of our priorities, and it always leads to a better end result. We do this in various ways. Expect a lot of creative workshop sessions with the designers and business analysts. A lot more comes out of those than from the average meeting. We also talk a lot with the people who will actually use the product. They know what works and what doesn't. By involving them from the very beginning, we ensure that the result not only works but is also actually used. And you can see that: people pick it up quickly and enjoy working with it.
What support do you offer after the delivery?
We ensure that your software continues to grow with your business. Our approach goes beyond just technical maintenance: we improve your applications step by step without you needing a whole project team. Your company, processes, and people continue to develop. You want your software to keep up with that, so it remains aligned with what you really need. This way, you get more value from your investment for a longer time and prevent your systems from lagging behind.
What kind of applications do you build?
The most important systems for your company. They are often abbreviated with 3-letter acronyms: ERP, TMS, PIM, WMS, OMS. But they can also be specialized solutions tailored specifically for your company. Internally or customer-oriented. For example, we created an application for Stedin to make congestion management of the energy grid easier, and for Interfood a customer portal to fully support the trade in dairy products. It must be really important for your business operations and there must be concrete results needed. Then we are here to make it happen.
Do you work independently or with our team?
Your people make the difference: their involvement ensures that we can deliver a successful product. We do not operate like a submarine that disappears and later emerges with a surprise. We collaboratively discover what the solution is that truly helps your company, with business and end users directly involved. After that, we build super independently, but we gladly make space for your developers or other team members. Training is at the core of our company. We share our best practices so that your team can use them as well.
