The solution

We have started a design sprint to answer the key question: 'How can we accelerate the customer acceptance process?'

The outcomes were crystal clear. With those insights in hand, we set to work building a new application. With one sleek and user-friendly app, we provided clarity and structure for all parties involved. Now customers know within a week whether they are accepted or not.

Having to repeatedly ask colleagues about the status takes a lot of time. On top of that, communication via email led to information being missed or even lost. That’s why we developed a dashboard that leaves no room for doubt: you can see at a glance what the status is of a potential client, which steps still need to be taken, and who is responsible for them.
