Get to Know Our Team: Frank

Team Resilience keeps on growing and growing. As you might've read from the previous
posts, we started with introducing our amazing team members. This time we asked Frank, one of Team Resilience's founders!
When starting Team Resilience, you had a certain kind view of what kind of people to hire. What is a must-have for a Team Resilience member and why?
I like people who take responsibility and make it happen! I have always been in software development and it is the same everywhere: the people that make the difference are the ones that have the right technical expertise and the right attitude to deliver results. For our customers it is the result that counts: a digital product that the customer’s organization or customers are happy to go live with. That’s why attitude is a central theme in our hiring methodology.
"The people that make the difference are the ones that have the right technical expertise and the right attitude to deliver results"
You are one of the first crayons in the box that is called Team Resilience. Which colour are you and why?
Red, green and black, I would say. People from Nijmegen will know why……. What are you known for in the office? (e.g. lame jokes, always on time etc.) Please give an example as well
I am always in for a cup of coffee with a colleague and reflect on work or personal matters.
"With Team Resilience growing as a company, the challenges change"
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve encountered so far?
With Team Resilience growing as a company, the challenges change. Keeping up customer satisfaction and member satisfaction rates where they are right now, and at the same time, growing the organization significantly require clever thinking and excellent execution skills. So, never a dull moment! What are you currently watching on Netflix?
Nothing at all I am afraid. I have watched series like The Bridge, The Crown and Homeland. The problem is that these series tend to be a little bit addictive and I am afraid to lose control over my time. Normally when work is done, I try to do some sports (tennis, running or biking) or take a walk with the dog. When in bed, I normally read a book to relax. Currently, I am into Scandinavian thrillers.
